Order Lead Time
Orders must be placed at least 2 days before the requested delivery date. This allows us time to carefully prepare and package your gift. During peak occasion times (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas), we recommend ordering even earlier to ensure availability.

How We Deliver
We use trusted courier services to ensure your gifts arrive safely and on time:
We primarily use Bolt and Uber Send for deliveries, which allows us to provide more precise delivery times and real-time tracking so you know exactly when your gift will arrive.
During peak times or for specific delivery requirements, we may use other trusted delivery companies to ensure your gift reaches its destination on time.
Urgent & Last-Minute Orders
Need a gift delivered sooner than 2 days? We understand that sometimes you need to act fast!
Exceptions can be made for small, urgent orders. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary based on your location. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout once you select your delivery area.
